The Capital District represents Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia inside the same VYCESTAR network. It is not active yet, so no fake events, rankings, votes or creator activity are displayed.
Home District
Members will be able to set Capital District as home once the district opens.
Visiting District
Approved VYCESTARS can later announce public visits without creating another account.
Browsing District
Anyone can watch a forming district and return to the national network or MIA.
